We're ok!

Apparently it had been enough time since our last brush with disaster, so Nick and I crashed the motorcycle on Tues morning. We are OK. Thank God!

Still not exactly sure what happened, but something went wrong with the bike and we went down. Luckily we were taking it easy and only going around 35 mph. Nick broke his collar bone and has some pretty good road rash. I was really lucky and only got road rash on my arm, hand and knee. Thanks, honey, for breaking my fall!!

As I was sliding down the road, all I could think was "please God, let us be able to go home to Charlie!" It was the scariest thing that I have ever been through. God was very good to us once again, and must have sent tons of angles to keep us safe. Everyone that sees us can't believe we came out of it so good.

The bike also came out not looking too bad. I don't know when (or if) I will get back on, but everyone keeps telling me to "get back on the horse." I will just have to see.

I will post pictures once I get them. Thank you Brook, Rory, Tessa, Jeremy and Dennis for helping us and getting the bike home. (look Tessa you made the blog!!) Sorry our fun day took such a bad turn so early on. Just glad you were all there to help!

Sorry this is short, but off course it is my right hand that is chewed up and it is hard to type! I will post more when we get pics and my hand starts to heal a little more. Just wanted to let everyone know we are fine and we are very blessed!
